Guests who come by boat on the Intercoastal Waterway will find ample dockage on the Cape Fear River three blocks from the Inn.

From Interstate 40 East:

• As you approach Wilmington, you will see a sign that reads "Expressway Ends Ahead"
• Look for Exit - Route 17
• Cross the highway and exit right on to a clover leaf exit ramp (stay in the left lane)
• At the bottom of the ramp (stoplight), turn left onto Route 17 - also known as Market Street
• Continue South on Market Street approximately 4 miles (entering the historic district)
• Turn left on Third Street
• Go up the hill 1½ blocks
• Pass Dock Street
• Rosehill Inn is a large pink house, the third house on the right side past Dock Street

From Route 17, Going South:

• Route 17 South becomes Market Street approaching the downtown historic district
• Turn left on Third Street
• Go up the hill 1½ blocks
• Pass Dock Street
• Rosehill Inn is a large pink house, the third house on the right side past Dock Street

From Route 17, 74, 76, Going North:

• Drive over the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge
• Stay in left lane
• Proceed to the first stop light
• Turn left onto Third Street
• Continue on Third Street for 7 blocks to Dock Street
• Stay in left lane
• Make a U-Turn around the median at Dock Street
• Rosehill Inn is a large pink house, third house on the right side past Dock Street.
